One night, Franklin is
awakened by strange sounds--a little like scratching, but
more like a team of construction workers bursting
through his bedroom wall. They are there to build
a railroad. But just as soon as the train
passes--carrying a variety of Franklin's friends and
neighbors--it's gone, along with the crew that brought
it. Soon, they return to build a runway, and
after that, a canal for a boat. Where do these people
go in the dead of night? And how do they get there so
quickly? Franklin thinks he knows what's up, and
he's not about to let another chance pass without taking a
ride of his own.
